Is your clothing ethically produced?

We ensure that all the suppliers that we use for our garments are manufactured to the highest environmental and ethical standards. Our clothing complies with the Oeko-Tex 100 standard and all garments are manufactured by trained personnel, operating under fair, safe and well paid working conditions.

What sizes are the t-shirts, hooded-tops, etc?

On each product page, immediately below the product detail, there is a link titled "Size and Materials Guide". Clicking on it will open a guide giving chest sizes/dimensions and materials information for all the sizes of the product you are looking at.

It says that your medium women's t-shirts are a size 10 and XXL are a size 16; that can't be right???

We entirely agree with you! Unfortunately it is extremely difficult to find wholesale fitted women's t-shirts that are a) large enough b) good enough quality c) at a reasonable enough price and d) that satisfy our ethical policy above to enable us to sell larger size women's t-shirts at this point. We are not a garment manufacturer - we rely on other companies to manufacture our t-shirts and, unfortunately, we are bound by their sizing. If you do have a very specific request regarding women's sizing please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

How long will my t-shirts take to arrive?

For the majority of the year, we ask you to please allow up to five working days for the dispatch of orders. At very busy times of the year, such as the run-up to Christmas, orders may take longer to be printed and dispatched. Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as items being out of stock at the supplier, can occasionally delay dispatch.


UK DELIVERY - Our orders are sent either via courier, or via Royal Mail 24 or 48. The vast majority of orders should arrive within 48 hours of dispatch, but at busy times of year or times of other disruption, delivery may take longer.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard. The delivery timescales below are not guaranteed and do not include any delays due to customs processing delays or other factors out of our control.

Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days

Worldwide delivery aim: 6-7 working days

For all international destinations, we would ask that you allow up to 28 days for your order to arrive before contacting us regarding the whereabouts of your order.

I live in the Channel Islands/I am in the Armed Forces, can you refund my VAT

If your delivery address is within an area exempt from VAT (such as the Channel Islands) or if delivery for your order is to a BFPO address outside the EU then we will gladly refund the tax on your order. Simply reply to your order confirmation email requesting a refund of the VAT and we will happily refund it ASAP.

What is the cost of postage and packing?

We have tried to set-up a fair system of charging for postage and packing. The total cost of postage and packing will depend on where the order is being sent and what you have ordered.

How do I return a t-shirt that is the wrong size?

If you receive a shirt but decide that it is either too large or too small we will be happy to exchange it for the correct size. Simply send it back to us at the address below unworn and unwashed. Please make sure that you also complete and return the returns form that is enclosed with you order detailing your name, address and correct size.
If you have lost your returns form, you may download a new one.

What is your returns policy?

We are so confident that you will be happy with the quality of your clothing that we offer a 100% money-back, no quibble returns policy. All that we ask is that the shirt is returned unworn and unwashed, and that you specify why you are unhappy with the goods on the returns form that is included with all orders.
Please note: due to infection control measures we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for face masks under any circumstances unless they are faulty. You are advised to check measurements of facemasks particularly carefully before purchasing.

My Credit/Debit Card was declined - why?

For security reasons all our credit and debit card processing is done by WorldPay - a specialist company that handles thousands of such transactions every day. Therefore, we never actually see your details - all we get is confirmation when your order has been successful.
If your card is declined and you are not sure why then you can contact WorldPay on detailing the message you got and they should be able to explain the problem.

I want a shirt in a size other then those listed - is this possible?

Yes. We find that the sizes that we stock (small to 5XL for men, 8-16 for women, plus ages 1-12 for kids) are by far the most commonly requested ones, but if you want a larger or smaller size this is usually no problem. We will usually be able to source you a shirt in any size, but we cannot guarantee all sizes being available in all colours. It is therefore important that you email us before placing your order and we will advise you whether your request will be possible.
Please note that as we do not always stock these other sizes you should allow a few additional days for delivery.

I want a shirt in a colour other then those listed - is this possible?

If you do have a special request we'll do everything that we can to fulfil it for you so please email us to arrange it.
Please note that as we do not stock all colours of t-shirt some of these one-off orders will take a bit longer than usual to deliver.

Can I submit my own designs?

If you have an idea for a design which you think that we should produce, or if you have a special "one off" request we will do everything that we can to do it. Please feel free to contact us here to send your designs.

How do I keep up-to-date with new designs?

We have set-up a mailing list in order to keep people up-to-date with new designs and products. Simply enter your email address in the footer of every page and we will send you mails whenever we bring new stuff out.
We will not disclose your email address to anyone else and you can unsubscribe from the list at any time.

Can I visit your storefront/telephone you?

We do not have a physical store - all our items are only available to purchase online via our website. If you want to get in contact with us via phone, email or post you can do so via the addresses on this page.
