1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Affiliate Scheme (“Programme”) operated by T34 Limited (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By signing up as an affiliate (“you”, “your”), you agree to abide by these Terms.


2. Affiliate Approval

Participation in the Programme is subject to approval by the Company. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion and to revoke affiliate status at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Affiliates may use approved logos, images, and text provided by the Company. Any unapproved or altered materials must receive written permission before use.


6. Tracking and Attribution

All referrals must be made through your assigned affiliate link or code. The Company is not responsible for tracking errors, cookie deletions, or technical issues that may prevent proper attribution of sales.


7. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Programme at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, no further commissions will be paid for future sales.


8. Inactive Accounts

If an affiliate generates no qualifying sales within any continuous 12-month period, the account will be deemed inactive (“dead”).
Inactive accounts may be automatically closed and removed from the Programme. Any unpaid commissions below the minimum payment threshold at the time of deletion will be forfeited.


9. Modification of Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes. Continued participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


10. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Programme, including loss of revenue or data.


11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
